Duration and tuition

Tuition is published as one all-inclusive student price wherever possible. Any third-party manual, online module, courier, or tax item is stated as included, excluded, or pass-through in writing before payment.

IHIT Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers

IHIT Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for Clinical Providers

16 classroom and simulation hours across two days, plus separately scheduled prework. Admission requires current BLS competence and a readiness assessment.

Competency outcomes

Completion is based on observable performance, not attendance.

  • Recognize life-threatening emergencies and activate the appropriate response system.
  • Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants using current guideline metrics and feedback.
  • Provide effective ventilations with an appropriate barrier device or bag-mask within role and training.
  • Use an AED promptly and safely.
  • Relieve foreign-body airway obstruction across age groups.
  • Work as an effective resuscitation team member using clear roles and closed-loop communication.

Enrollment policies

Clear terms before you pay.

Reservation

50% deposit to reserve a seat; balance due before class. Institutional accounts may use approved purchase-order terms.

Rescheduling

One transfer permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice. Late or no-show deposits are nonrefundable, subject to documented exceptional-circumstance review.

Remediation

One same-day coaching attempt when safe and feasible. A separate re-test session carries a published fee of ₱1,000 (BLS) or ₱2,000 (ACLS).

Discounts

IHIT students 10%; groups of six or more 8%; institutional discounts capped at 12% without executive approval. Discounts do not stack.

Completion

Completion requires attendance, knowledge assessment, skills testing, and settlement of fees. Attendance alone is not successful completion.

Class size

BLS: 6 learners per instructor station. ACLS: 6–8 learners per instructor or megacode station.

Credential representation

Courses are currently issued as an IHIT Certificate of Competency covering knowledge and practical skills assessment. An IHIT certificate is not an American Heart Association course completion card. AHA-branded course names and completion cards will be offered only when IHIT is formally authorized through an accredited Training Center relationship using current AHA materials and instructors.

Course dates, tuition, delivery formats, and credentialing remain subject to institutional authorization and applicable regulatory approvals in the Philippines.
