Governance model

Clear accountability at every level.

Three lines of assurance: program owners execute controls, governance functions monitor and challenge, and independent audit and board oversight verify.

Board

Risk appetite, policy approval, and oversight. Approves the binder, high-risk program entry, annual review, and material exceptions.

Academic Governance

Program architecture and academic quality: classification, curriculum, faculty, assessment, and academic appeals.

Clinical Governance

Scope, learner and client safety, live-contact authorization, supervision, competency, and incident review.

Compliance & Legal

Regulatory matrix, claims control, official-source validation, launch gates, and franchise compliance.

Data Protection Officer

Lawful processing, data inventory, vendor review, access control, and breach decisions.

Quality Council

Audit, KPI, corrective and preventive action, and management review.

Regulatory alignment

Philippine authorities lead. Benchmarks inform.

Course terminology alone never creates authority. Each control is classified as adopted, modified, superseded, not applicable, a gap, or pending validation.

CHED

Higher education standards, including BS Nursing, where a program is offered at that level.

TESDA

Technical-vocational qualifications, registered programs, and national competency certification.

PRC / Board of Nursing

Nursing registration and professional practice; titles and scope remain regulator-issued.

DOH

Facility and service requirements where IHIT, a partner, or a franchise operates a regulated health service.

Data Privacy Act / NPC

Personal and sensitive information handling across learners, staff, and partners.

DOLE OSH & transport authorities

Workplace safety, and DOTr / LTO / LTFRB / local rules for transport-related training.

Institutional controls

Controls applied before any learner contact.

  1. 01

    Program authorization gate

No program is marketed, enrolled, or operated before its authorization file, curriculum, faculty, and site evidence are complete and approved.

  2. 02

    Credential and safeguarding checks

Identity validation, health clearance, background and safeguarding checks, and confidentiality attestations precede any learner contact activity.

  3. 03

    Faculty and assessor qualification

Faculty teaching nursing practice hold current, verified Philippine credentials appropriate to the content and setting.

  4. 04

    Stop-work authority

Any person may stop an activity presenting imminent safety risk, unlicensed practice, missing supervision or consent, privacy risk, expired authority, or a deceptive claim.

Held for written validation

What we do not claim.

These positions are deliberately conservative until the competent authority provides written confirmation.

Practical nursing pathway

Offered as Practical Nursing Foundations / International LPN Readiness only. No Philippine LPN licensure claim.

Written CHED / PRC route and title authorization.

Medication safety

Offered as Medication Safety and Assistance. No independent medication administration authority.

PRC / DOH / TESDA or facility-specific written authority for any live medication task.

Wound care

Licensed-clinician and awareness tracks are separated. A certificate does not expand scope.

Professional-board or facility review of procedures and CPD status.

NMT / NEMT

Training and transport-only framework. No ambulance or EMS representation.

DOTr / LTO / LTFRB / LGU, insurer, and contracting authority review; DOH / EMS review where applicable.
